We're doing as much as we can to keep you, and our staff safe in these unprecedented times
The safety of our teams & customers is our top priority and we have put in place control measures to keep both our local communities and teams safe.
We're following the latest government advice and have outlined a summary of the control & safety measures we have put in place.
We are now excited to say we are able to open up our outside dining area from Monday 12th April.
This limited seating located in Cross Keys Mews will be available for food & drinks 9am till 3pm 7 days a week. To see the menu please click here.
Tables will be first come first served so if you are unable to get a table straight away please do bare with us and we get you seated as soon as we can.
Along with the government 'road map' we will be opening inside from Monday 17th May. If you'd like to book a table for the evening from May 17th please do let us know via email or social media.
We now offer takeaway food on Friday & Saturday nights from 5pm til 9pm. Both delivery and collection is available and the menu can be found here.
We also offer takeaway Coffee & Cake 7 days a week from our high street entrance.
Managing Numbers (From 17th May)
We have carefully reviewed the amount of space in our restaurant and have ensured that we do not exceed this capacity. To maintain this we have set up ONE entrance located on the high street which will be monitored by our staff. We kindly ask you to stand to the right hand side of the door and a staff member will greet you as quickly as they can. Please adhere to social distancing when queuing.
You will be asked to sanitise your hands upon entry. There as also free sanitise stations around the building to use at your convivence.
We always have robust cleaning measures in place but we have added some extra procedures to ensure maximum safety. We are cleaning all high contact points every hour including door handles, toilets & wall touch points. We also fully sanitise the table, chairs and anything on the table after each use.
Removal of reusable cups
Although we always strive to be as eco friendly as possible. We have taken the decision to temporarily stop serving takeaway drinks in customers own reusable cups. We will of course resume this service as soon as it is safe to do so. But rest assured, our cups & lids are fully compostable & recyclable.
All our customer facing staff will always wear a face covering. You will also be required to wear a covering when entering and walking around the venue. They may be removed when seated at a table.
This is such a difficult time for all our staff and we're doing all we can to protect them and you. All our team members have all had detailed training on new control measures and we continue to retrain as and when the guidelines change.
All our staff maintain high levels of personal hygiene and have taken the extra step to sanitise their hands at least every 30 minutes.
We carry out wellbeing checks before all members of staff start their shift to make sure they feel fit, well & have not had any contact with someone who has COVID 19.
Please do remember, our staff members are not making the rules, they are simply doing their very best to enforce the government ones. Even thought some of these may be frustrating for some, it is not their fault. They are navigating extremely tricky waters are doing their absolute best! And they are doing an exceptional job at it too!
